Possession of a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Admitted to the State Bar and in good standing or otherwise authorized to practice law in the state
Familiarity with case management software and document management systems
Proficiency in civil litigation, claim administration, and complaint handling procedures
Knowledge of consumer electronics law would be advantageous
Prior experience as a litigation attorney, particularly in civil litigation, is desirable

Job Responsibility
