Job Description:

This attorney will be trained on defending a litigation caseload of auto accident cases. Lots of opportunity to go to trial!

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage caseload from A-Z
  • Prepare pleadings, discovery, motions, demands, and responses
  • Draft reports and provide file analysis to carrier, client
  • Take cases to trial

Requirements:

  • Active California bar license
  • Local to Orange
  • INTERESTED IN TRYING CASES

Nice to have:

  • Strong writing
  • Deposition experience
  • Trial experience
