Job Description

ZGF is seeking an Entry-Level Architect to join our team in our Denver, CO office. We are looking for creative, motivated, and curious design talent with a passion for architecture and the built environment. We are offering a position within the Architecture Team for an individual who will work under the direction of experienced design professionals on a variety of project opportunities. If you have a passion for design and a desire to develop your skills, we are interested in talking with you.

Job Responsibility

  • Be part of a community focused on design excellence and innovation
  • Collaborate with the design team to generate and develop design ideas
  • Work with team members from concept design through construction administration
  • Produce design drawings and construction documents, presentation materials, graphic design work, and digital and physical models in support of Architecture, Urban Design, and Interior Design, as well as marketing efforts
  • Help tell the story of our projects through various media
  • Work under minimal supervision while receiving instruction and mentoring on tasks and professional development
  • Perform fundamental architectural tasks and collaborate with others to develop design solutions for our projects

Requirements

  • Professional experience is beneficial but not required
  • creative curiosity is essential
  • Basic understanding of architectural design and construction principles
  • Demonstrated aptitude for the design of buildings and sites
  • Experience producing design documentation is preferred
  • Strong interest in graphic storytelling
  • Professional degree in Architecture and 0–4 years of related experience
  • Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication and graphic skills, along with physical and digital modeling and rendering abilities, are highly desired
