Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Entry-Level Accounting specialist to join our team in Spartanburg, South Carolina. This is a Contract to Perm position ideal for candidates with a strong foundation in accounting practices and a keen eye for accuracy. The role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to essential financial operations while developing your skills in a dynamic environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Ensure the timely entry and reconciliation of financial data into accounting systems
  • Utilize QuickBooks to manage and maintain financial records
  • Handle invoice processing, including verification and approval procedures
  • Perform routine data entry tasks with a focus on precision and consistency
  • Support month-end and year-end financial reporting activities
  • Maintain organized records for audits and compliance purposes
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies in financial documentation
  • Generate reports and summaries to assist in financial decision-making

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field
