Entry Level Accountant

• Process invoices accurately, including data entry for utility and service providers
• prepare and record month-end journal entries in alignment with accounting standards
• perform account reconciliations to ensure financial data accuracy and integrity
• review and process employee expense reports in compliance with company policies
• collaborate with team members to support ongoing financial operations and reporting
• assist with resolving discrepancies in accounts receivable and other financial entries
• maintain organized financial records to support audits and reporting requirements
• communicate effectively with internal stakeholders regarding accounting processes and updates.

• Basic understanding of accounts receivable and accounting entries
• strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• proficiency in data entry and invoice processing
• familiarity with journal entries and reconciliation processes
• effective written and verbal communication skills
• ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• prior experience in accounting or finance is an advantage but not required.
