Job Description:

Great opportunity for someone looking to kick off their corporate accounting experience on a growing team.

Job Responsibility:

Process invoices and store billings while ensuring compliance with company financial policies and procedures
Review and input invoices through the company's systems, ensuring proper authorization before payments are issued
Communicate credit details to vendors and ensure timely processing of store requests
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
Request and follow up on monthly vendor statements to ensure timely payments and account accuracy
Assist in financial close processes by supporting expense accruals and managing open invoices

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is required
Strong understanding of GAAP and debits vs credits
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external vendors
