Job Description:

This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial reporting, ledger management, and reconciliation tasks. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles and a strong desire to develop their skills in a focused and organized environment.

Job Responsibility:

Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts on a monthly basis
Prepare and record journal entries
Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records
Assist in generating monthly and annual financial reports
Support the preparation of financial statements in compliance with US GAAP
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of accounting tasks
Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial data
Contribute to the implementation of accounting system improvements if required
Perform other accounting duties as assigned to support departmental needs

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices, including GAAP and US GAAP
Familiarity with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger processes
Ability to perform bank reconciliations and prepare journal entries
Proficiency in financial reporting and preparation of monthly reports
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
Effective communication and teamwork abilities
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
