The Account Manager will be responsible for directly engaging with small and medium-sized businesses to promote and sell essential business services and solutions.
Job Responsibility:
Prospect, identify, and cultivate new business opportunities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
Conduct needs assessments to understand customers’ business requirements and recommend appropriate solutions
Present services effectively to key decision-makers, demonstrating value propositions tailored to each client’s needs
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales support, technical experts, and customer service, to ensure seamless implementation and support of solutions
Meet and exceed sales targets, quotas, and objectives set by management
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments through our routine development/training meetings
Requirements:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Knowledge in basic computer operations
Willingness to take initiative
Solid problem-solving skills
Dependable with the ability to adapt to changes quickly and think conceptually
Nice to have:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
