Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Entry Level Account Manager to join our team in Alpine, Utah. This permanent position requires a proactive individual who can confidently engage with high-level executives and attorneys, making outbound calls to schedule sales appointments. The role demands a high degree of confidentiality, as you will handle sensitive and critical information related to future developments and legal cases.

Job Responsibility:

  • Identify and connect with potential clients to expand the customer base
  • Re-engage inactive clients through strategic outreach
  • Conduct 30+ outbound calls daily to schedule appointments and follow up with leads
  • Prepare and provide quotes for client casework, ensuring timely and accurate processing of incoming cases
  • Maintain strong customer relationships by addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction
  • Request referrals from satisfied clients to further grow the business
  • Record all client interactions and sales activities meticulously within Salesforce
  • Ensure all data entered into company systems is thorough, accurate, and free of errors
  • Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments promptly and effectively
  • Participate in weekly sales training sessions to enhance skills and meet performance goals

Requirements:

  • Associate degree or higher is required
  • 2 years of account management experience is preferred
  • Proficiency in internet research and familiarity with Salesforce
  • Demonstrated sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Exceptional listening abilities and responsiveness to client needs
  • Clear and persuasive communication skills in diverse situations
  • Ability to remain detail oriented and manage challenging customer interactions
