Reporting to the Entry into Service Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring and coordinating all Entry-into-Service support activities, resulting in a successful Entry-into-Service experience for business aircraft customers.
Job Responsibility:
Monitor and coordinate all Entry-into-Service support activities
Monitor and communicate Entry into Service delivery skylines to management and Business Aircraft stakeholders
Collaborate with the Customer Response Team, Sales & Contracts, Customer Support and Customer Account Management organizations to ensure customer operational needs and challenges are well understood
Interface with the cross-functional departments to establish the budgets and strategic plan for implementing Entry-into-Service project initiatives
Manage project activities in terms of deliverables, cost and billing reconciliation
Initiate and maintain performance matrix (governance) pertaining to the departmental objectives/results
Monitor the budgetary aspects of all Entry-into-Service activities and report accordingly
Requirements:
Project Management, Business Administration or Commerce degree, or the equivalent
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in the aerospace industry, preferably in a customer service environment
Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to work in a collaborative environment
