Job Description

Reporting to the Entry into Service Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring and coordinating all Entry-into-Service support activities, resulting in a successful Entry-into-Service experience for business aircraft customers.

Job Responsibility

  • Monitor and coordinate all Entry-into-Service support activities
  • Monitor and communicate Entry into Service delivery skylines to management and Business Aircraft stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the Customer Response Team, Sales & Contracts, Customer Support and Customer Account Management organizations to ensure customer operational needs and challenges are well understood
  • Interface with the cross-functional departments to establish the budgets and strategic plan for implementing Entry-into-Service project initiatives
  • Manage project activities in terms of deliverables, cost and billing reconciliation
  • Initiate and maintain performance matrix (governance) pertaining to the departmental objectives/results
  • Monitor the budgetary aspects of all Entry-into-Service activities and report accordingly

Requirements

  • Project Management, Business Administration or Commerce degree, or the equivalent
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in the aerospace industry, preferably in a customer service environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Customer oriented

  • Excellent facilitation and influence skills
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment

  • Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information
  • Resolves deficiencies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution
  • Enters customer and account data by inputting alphabetic and numeric information on the keyboard
  • Verifies entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data
  • Purges files to eliminate duplication of data
