Job Description

Program & Project Execution: Assist in the implementation and management of entrepreneurship programs, including Egypt’s Entrepreneur Awards (EEA) and spin-off initiatives. Coordinate end-to-end award processes: application management, screening support, jury communication, and event logistics. Help develop and launch new content formats (newsletters, podcasts, interviews) under the entrepreneurship brand. Stakeholder & Ecosystem Engagement: Manage communication with applicants, judges, sponsors, and partners to ensure smooth collaboration and high satisfaction. Support partnership development and sponsor engagement activities. Represent the organization at ecosystem events, networking sessions, and partner meetings. Operational & Analytical Support: Monitor application platforms, CRM systems, and jury portals for technical functionality and user experience. Track and report on indicators such as application numbers, engagement metrics, and program feedback. Assist in budget tracking, invoice processing, and financial reporting for departmental activities. Content & Marketing Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to create promotional materials, social media content, and program announcements. Contribute to thought leadership content, case studies, and success stories from the entrepreneurship community. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance program relevance, participant experience, and operational efficiency. Support the Manager in researching new entrepreneurial trends, formats, and monetization opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Communications, or related field from a reputable university
  • 4–6 years of experience in program management, event coordination, entrepreneurship support, or business development
  • Experience working with startups, incubators, awards programs, or ecosystem organizations is preferred
  • Familiarity with the Egyptian and regional entrepreneurial landscape
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Analytical mindset with comfort using data to inform decisions
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken)
