We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic entrepreneur with a background of running your own business to join us as a Programme Coach and share business owner experience to advise others.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver engaging and informative sessions over Microsoft Teams and/or London based in person delivery
  • Teach groups using Visionnaire standard training materials
  • Maintain records and statistical checks related to teaching, including enrolment and attendance records
  • Act as the main point of reference for students, providing educational and welfare guidance
  • Assist students in preparing individual action plans including Individual Learning Plans if delivering accredited courses and track their progress
  • Participate in activities to publicise courses
  • Assist in planning and developing courses and materials
  • Contribute to employer liaison, maintaining standards, and joint action planning
  • Provide advice and guidance to prospective students, including participation in enrolment and induction processes
