Job Description

Join Leapsome as an Entrepreneur in Residence, a true generalist who bridges the gap between business strategy and technical implementation. You'll drive GTM initiatives while - in parallel - transforming how we work across Leapsome through automation and AI. This role requires both business acumen & structure to help teams with their complex problems and technical expertise to build actual solutions. You'll be at the forefront of our efficiency revolution, working across teams to identify opportunities, implement solutions, and measure tangible business impact.

Job Responsibility

  • Business & GTM projects: Partner with leadership on GTM initiatives like strategy updates, pricing/packaging, and many others, bringing data-driven insights and structured methodologies to these discussions
  • Process optimization: Critically evaluate existing ways of working across the whole Leapsome organization, identify inefficiencies, and help teams redesign & automate processes
  • Automation architecture: Design and implement end-to-end automations across our tech stack (Notion, Zapier, HubSpot, Clay, Dust, Google Workspace) that deliver measurable business value
  • AI infusion: Strategically integrate AI tools (Dust, Notion AI, etc.) to enhance decision-making, content creation, and analytics capabilities where they provide clear ROI
  • Systems oversight: Create and maintain our automation (data) infrastructure and integrations that ensure clean data flow between systems, incl. day-to-day troubleshooting with the team if needed
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Quickly understand different team contexts and priorities to deliver solutions that address their unique challenges while maintaining system integrity
  • Change leadership: Drive adoption of new systems through clear documentation, training, and continual support/troubleshooting with our team

Requirements

  • Business acumen: Ability to understand business objectives and translate them into technical requirements with a focus on measurable outcomes
  • Analytical approach: Strong ability to collect, analyze, and present data to inform decision-making and measure impact
  • Technical versatility: Hands-on experience building in no-code/low-code environments (Zapier, Notion) and comfort with data concepts, APIs, and basic coding in Python (or willingness to learn fast)
  • Systems perspective: Experience designing workflows that consider the entire ecosystem rather than isolated solutions, with an eye for data relationships and integrity
  • Learning agility: Genuine curiosity and aptitude for quickly adopting new tools and technologies in the rapidly evolving AI and automation landscape
  • Consultative communication: Skill in understanding stakeholder needs, setting appropriate expectations, and explaining complex concepts in accessible terms
  • Project management: History of owning projects from conception to completion, managing priorities effectively, and delivering on commitments

What we offer

  • Impact: Become part of a fast-growing scale-up taking over the People Performance & Enablement space by making work fulfilling for more than two million people by 2025
  • Teammates: Join a diverse and international team of talented, smart, and kind people
  • Feedback and recognition: We value feedback exchange and celebrating successes — big and small
  • Hybrid model: Enjoy our hybrid model by working from home or in our offices in the heart of Berlin, Germany
  • Flexible work: Experience a work-life balance with flexible hours and the option of working elsewhere for up to 2 months per year
  • Learning and Development: Develop your skills with a yearly development budget of €2,000 and access to Good Habitz platform
  • Vacation: Take 30 vacation days every year plus public holidays (or upgrade to 40 vacation days at adjusted pay) & benefit from a month-long paid sabbatical after 5 years with Leapsome
  • Health & Wellness: Stay active and healthy with a free Urban Sports Club membership and Oliva subscription
  • Mental health: Access to 1:1 therapy sessions via our mental health partner, plus company workshops and learning pathways on topics like mindfulness and digital wellness
  • Corporate Benefits: Get exclusive discounts and deals from our partners
  • Work-from-home stipend: Receive a one-time work-from-home stipend of €1,000
  • Monthly team activities: Have fun at monthly team activities like kayaking, laser tag, and game nights
  • Competitive pay and pre-IPO equity package
