Job Description:

We are looking for a part-time Entertainment Relations freelancer for a top luxury shoe brand out of their LA press offices! The Entertainment Relations Freelancer supports the Entertainment Relations Manager and Assistant with day-to-day operations of the PR showroom during Awards Season. This role is highly hands on and detail oriented, with a strong focus on sample trafficking, showroom organization, and inventory management, as well as general administrative support for on-going celebrity, stylist and editorial requests.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support Manager and Assistant with daily showroom operations
  • Track sample loans, returns and movements using Fashion GPS
  • Ensure timely follow-up on overdue samples and accurate inventory records
  • Assist on monitoring and clipping placements
  • Assist with maintaining and updating internal databases
  • Provide general administrative support to the Manager and Assistant

Requirements:

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
