Job Description:

We’re looking for a passionate Entertainment Manager to build, lead, and deliver a dynamic entertainment program across Taylor Square’s Kinselas Hotel and Courthouse Hotel. This role is ideal for someone who understands live entertainment, community culture, and how to create memorable in-venue experiences. You’ll own everything from weekly DJs and live music through to ticketed events, promoter relationships, and large-scale activations, while ensuring programs are well planned, well executed, and financially sound. This full-time, hands-on role, operational role is perfect for someone who thrives on exceeding customer expectations and loves building strong community connections — especially within Sydney’s LGBTQIA+ and broader scene.

Job Responsibility:

  • Build, lead, and deliver a dynamic entertainment program across Taylor Square’s Kinselas Hotel and Courthouse Hotel
  • Own everything from weekly DJs and live music through to ticketed events, promoter relationships, and large-scale activations
  • Ensure programs are well planned, well executed, and financially sound
  • Exceed customer expectations
  • Build strong community connections — especially within Sydney’s LGBTQIA+ and broader scene

Requirements:

  • Experience in entertainment programming or live performance venues
