Job Description:

Seeking a Lighting Sales Assistant to join our clients team to help with sales activity within their showroom to drive a positive customer experience. Join a leader in entertainment lighting solutions. Our client is dedicated to providing exceptional service and quality products to their clients in the theatre, film, and broadcast industries. As part of their team, you will play a crucial role in creating a seamless customer experience and maintaining their showroom's high standards.

Job Responsibility:

  • Prepare quotes and process customer orders with precision
  • Support sales team members and maintain effective communication with clients
  • Assist customers in the showroom, over the phone, and via email, ensuring a professional experience
  • Monitor stock availability, coordinate shipments, and manage product displays
  • Provide assistance with order preparation, packing, and shipping logistics as needed

Requirements:

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service
  • Previous experience in sales support or customer service roles
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with technology and eager to learn systems such as Salesforce and Sage

Nice to have:

Experience in theatre, film, or broadcast is a plus
