Job Description:

Assist in coordinating the operation of all Special Events or Leisure Experience activities at Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center. Position involves checking operational status, training employees, operating event software systems, and ensuring guest satisfaction while following company policies and standards.

Job Responsibility:

Assist in coordinating the operation of all Special Events or Leisure Experience activities
Check status of operation, lighting, AV, cleanliness, system operation and correct aesthetic deficiencies
Follow through with training guidelines
Monitor and assist with training for all Special Events employees
Learn and operate software systems used in events
Resolve financial, inventory, numeric discrepancies
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
Develop and maintain positive working relationships
Identify and recommend new ideas, technologies, or processes to increase organizational efficiency

Requirements:

High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
No supervisory experience required
No license or certification required
