Entertainment & Activities Team Leader

• Lead an international team of entertainers, sports, and fitness specialists
• Plan, coordinate, and deliver daytime, sports, and evening entertainment for all hotel guests
• Lead by example and ensure consistently high guest experience in line with TUI hotel brand standards
• Build positive relationships across the resort and maintain strong guest interaction
• Manage programme standards, team performance, and cooperation with other hotel departments
• Provide support to Supervisors and ensure quality of all activities and entertainment
• Report to Hotel General Manager

• Experienced in hospitality or tourism
• A fun, vibrant personality who can motivate others and work both independently and as part of an international team
• Highly organised with strong time management skills and comfortable collaborating across multiple hotel departments
• Strong leadership skills, able to collaborate with other Heads of Department and work as part of the hotel management team
• Comfortable presenting to large audiences
• Adaptable, flexible, and able to work well under pressure in a fast moving hotel setting
• Fully conversational in English is required
