  • Execute the enterprise vendor strategy for talent and learning solutions, shaping recommendations and delivery plans

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or commercial leadership roles

  • Strong commercial acumen, including contracting, negotiations, and performance management
  • Proven experience partnering with centralized procurement teams
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
