Wells Fargo is seeking an Enterprise Technology Transformation Director (Technology Director), as part of the Technology Transformation Office. You will be responsible for leading large-scale technology modernization and transformation initiatives within a complex, highly regulated environment. This role is focused on driving enterprise-wide technology evolution by modernizing platforms, strengthening operational resilience, accelerating cloud adoption, and ensuring technology strategy is closely aligned with business objectives and organizational priorities. You will develop and execute strategic modernization roadmaps, target-state architectures, and migration strategies that support long-term business growth and operational excellence. You will lead initiatives spanning cloud transformation, application modernization, platform standardization, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and automation to improve scalability, agility, efficiency, and reliability across the enterprise. In this role, you will oversee complex, multi-year transformation programs, providing executive governance, program oversight, risk and dependency management, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful delivery. You will drive improvements in resiliency, operational stability, cost optimization, and speed-to-market through modern operating models, automation, and process simplification. Additionally, you will lead and develop globally distributed teams across onshore, nearshore, and offshore locations while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, Agile delivery, DevOps practices, and continuous improvement.
