Job Description:

The Enterprise Finance Talent Acquisition Partner will serve as a strategic talent advisor to support continued growth within our Finance and Accounting team. This role is responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment strategies to find, attract, nurture and place top Finance talent across the company. This role will include supporting talent acquisition for accounting, financial planning & analysis, audit, tax and other specialized financial disciplines for roles across the United States and Canada.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead full cycle recruiting for Finance positions across all levels
  • Partner with hiring leaders to understand workforce needs and develop strategies
  • Develop tailored and creative sourcing strategies
  • Advocate for best-in-class candidate experience
  • Generate leads using job boards and sourcing tools
  • Leverage resources to recruit candidates through networking and events
  • Develop a network of candidates and nurture pipelines
  • Advise hiring leaders of talent trends and best practices
  • Assist with internal hiring efforts
  • Lead or contribute to recruiting projects and events
  • Utilize talent CRM to log activity and analyze metrics

Requirements:

  • CPA, CFA, MBA or other professional designation (preferred)
  • 3-7 years of Talent Acquisition experience, with at least 3 years focused on Finance recruiting
  • Strong understanding of Finance functions, roles and competencies
  • Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates in competitive markets
  • Experience working in a dynamic, high-growth or decentralized environment
