As Enterprise Systems Service Owner, you’ll take end-to-end ownership of business-critical platforms spanning Finance, People, Client Relationship, and Automation systems — ensuring smooth operations, high availability, and continuous improvement across a complex, international environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead day-to-day delivery and improvement of enterprise-scale systems supporting global business operations
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to align service delivery with product roadmaps and strategic goals
  • Manage escalations and resolve incidents impacting multiple functions or regions
