The Enterprise Systems Analyst provides administration, configuration, and end-user support for a variety of enterprise SaaS platforms that support business, financial, and operational functions across the organization. This role partners closely with functional stakeholders and IT teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and user-focused solutions. This position may support a range of enterprise platforms depending on team alignment and organizational needs.
Job Responsibility:
Administer, configure, and support enterprise SaaS applications across multiple functional domains
Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into system solutions
Support system integrations and data flows
Contribute to system enhancements, process improvements, and automation opportunities
Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise standards
Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and knowledge resources
Requirements:
Requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and nine years of relevant experience. Requirements may be met through a combination of education and experience.
Nice to have:
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Five or more years of experience administering and supporting enterprise SaaS platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, CRM, ITSM, Financial systems, Content management)
Experience with integration tools, APIs, and relational databases
Understanding of enterprise systems architecture
Demonstrated ability to work across technical and functional teams
Bachelor's degree in technical or business-related discipline
