Job Description:

The Enterprise Sourcing Manager at T-Mobile is responsible for developing and executing strategic sourcing initiatives, negotiating and managing contracts, optimizing spending, and fostering supplier collaboration. They will work with marketing services procurement, including creative, digital marketing, sponsorships, and print tools.

Job Responsibility:

Develops and executes strategic sourcing initiatives
Drafts, negotiates, and executes contractual documents
Procures a wide range of goods and services
Conducts supplier performance evaluations and scenario analysis
Optimizes spending and contributes to cost savings
Fosters collaboration with business owners
Manages supplier relationships

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or Engineering
4-7 years experience in enterprise sourcing
4-7 years experience in managing business requirements, project plans, and project schedules
4-7 years experience in strategic sourcing
Negotiation expertise
Strategic sourcing expertise
Vendor management skills
Financial analysis proficiency
Strong analytical skills
Problem-solving ability
Business acumen
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Nice to have:

Master's/Advanced Degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management
Leadership skills
Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) certification
Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) certification
Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) certification
