Job Description

The Enterprise Sourcing Manager, Emerging Technology & Strategic Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) Lead is a highly visible strategic role responsible for designing, implementing, and leading Strategic Relationship Management (SRM) practices across all Indirect Procurement categories. Reporting to the Director of Sustainability & Infrastructure Sourcing, this role will help shape how T-Mobile builds and manages strategic supplier partnerships that drive innovation, operational excellence, sustainability, and long-term business value.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree plus 3 years of related work experience OR advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent. Acceptable areas of study include Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or Real Estate
  • 4-7 years of experience in strategic sourcing, category management, supplier management, procurement, or infrastructure related sourcing environments
  • 4-7 years of experience supporting or leading supplier governance, SRM programs, or cross functional supplier management initiatives
  • 4-7 years of experience negotiating commercial agreements and managing supplier relationships
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to influence across teams and navigate complex business environments
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

Nice to have

  • 8+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, category management, supplier management, or infrastructure procurement
  • Experience designing or implementing SRM frameworks, governance models, or supplier performance programs
  • Experience sourcing emerging technologies within construction, facilities, real estate, or infrastructure environments
  • Telecommunications, utilities, construction, or other capital intensive industry experience
  • Experience supporting organizational change management initiatives
  • Experience integrating sustainability or ESG metrics into supplier performance and sourcing strategies
  • CPSM, CSCP, PMP, LEED, CCM, or related certifications
