We at Nova, are a very young and dynamic team, the 2nd largest telecom provider in Greece, looking for a complex problem solving and fast-thinking Enterprise Solutions Supervisor to be part of our successful Enterprise Solutions Team. You have a challenging mission to: lead the team responsible for driving NOVA’s information and communication technology growth agenda, shaping our commercial strategy, and delivering high-impact digital transformation solutions for national and multinational organizations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the Enterprise Solutions sales function, owning the commercial strategy across ICT, Cloud, IoT, Cybersecurity, Fleet Management and Network Infrastructure portfolios
  • Manage, coach and develop a team of Account Managers and ICT experts
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of enterprise opportunities from pipeline creation to negotiation, closing and delivery governance
  • Engage with senior-level stakeholders to design and position integrated ICT solutions
  • Drive pricing strategy, profitability management and accurate forecasting
  • Strengthen NOVA’s partner ecosystem by working closely with technology vendors and system integrators
  • Ensure successful delivery of complex projects by collaborating with Delivery, Procurement, Legal and Finance functions
  • Stay ahead of market and technology trends and translate them into commercial opportunities

Requirements:

  • University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field
  • 8–12 years of experience in ICT or Telco Sales, Business Development or Solution Consulting, with proven leadership responsibility
  • Solid understanding of technologies such as Networks, Cloud, Cybersecurity, IoT, Data Analytics or Fleet Management
  • Demonstrated success in leading teams, shaping commercial strategy and delivering revenue growth
  • Strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder-management skills at senior executive level
  • Strategic thinking with a hands-on mindset
  • Fluency in English both written and spoken
  • Willingness to travel within Greece
