Job Description:
Lead end-to-end enterprise SaaS solution architecture across banking modernization initiatives (legacy → cloud/SaaS transformation). Partner with financial institutions to define business priorities and co-create modernization roadmaps aligned to enterprise strategy. Act as a trusted advisor bridging business and technology, translating complex requirements into scalable architectural solutions. Design and deliver end-to-end architectures across legacy platforms, SaaS ecosystems, and cloud-native environments. Drive architecture patterns including microservices, API-first design, and event-driven systems (Kafka or similar). Own solution delivery lifecycle from pre-sales architecture through hands-on implementation and execution. Provide architectural oversight across design reviews, integrations, data flows, and technical decision-making. Engage directly in hands-on delivery including code reviews, POCs, and technical validation of solutions. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, delivery teams, and external partners to ensure solution success. Drive cloud-native engineering practices including Kubernetes, containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and automation frameworks. Define and manage integration strategies including APIs, distributed systems, and enterprise integration patterns. Lead data architecture initiatives including migration strategies, governance, security, and regulatory compliance (SOC2, GDPR, ISO). Implement modern IAM frameworks including OAuth, OIDC, and enterprise authentication/authorization solutions. Influence executive stakeholders by articulating technical solutions in clear business terms and driving decision-making. Mentor and lead technical teams while operating as a hands-on “builder-architect” delivering real-world outcomes in complex environments.
