To shape the cyber‑security strategy, architecture, and roadmaps. This new role sits within the Enterprise Architecture (EA) team and plays a key part in ensuring our business and technology strategies are delivered secure by design. You’ll translate business strategy into a clear security architecture, supported by principles, standards, insights, and roadmaps. You’ll also guide and mentor Solution and Technical Architects, providing the guard rails they need to deliver secure, scalable solutions with autonomy. You’ll work closely with senior leaders, architects, analysts, product owners, project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to drive secure, successful outcomes across the organisation.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and mature the organisation’s security architecture
Define and maintain security principles, standards, and governance
Create conceptual and logical security landscapes
Build and manage taxonomies and security component definitions
Evaluate and recommend cyber‑security technologies
Oversee secure implementation of applications and platforms
Conduct secure‑by‑design impact assessments
Produce documentation to support decision‑making and solution design
Maintain a secure, version‑controlled architecture repository
Work with technical and non‑technical teams to understand security needs
Advise governance groups and project boards
Drive best practice and continuous improvement
Monitor technology trends and promote future platform development
Support and mentor Solution and Technical Architects
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect specialising in security
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and delivery focus
