Job Description:

Cogoport is looking for a self-motivated Enterprise Sales Owner to scale the growth of its business with enterprises in Vietnam. Responsibilities include business development, presenting to decision makers, managing account lifecycles, and more. The position requires 4+ years of experience in consultative sales, knowledge of logistics or supply chain industries, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Responsibility:

  • Business development as an individual contributor
  • Present Cogoport to key decision makers
  • Understand Cogoport's value offerings deeply and pitch to Heads of Logistics or C-level executives
  • Map the account (end users, influencers, decision makers) and plan the sales process from demo to closure
  • Participate in end-to-end request-for-quotation processes
  • Coordinate and close all contractual documentation for closure and revenue collection
  • Respond to client-related matters, from contractual agreements to service enhancements and new business opportunities

Requirements:

  • MBA from top-tiered management institute
  • Engineering graduates or diploma in logistics or any related discipline would be an advantage
  • 4+ years of experience in consultative sales
  • Experience in industries with high import and export movements such as white goods, automobiles, textiles
  • Prior understanding of logistics, freight, or supply chain industries
  • Knowledge of strategic account sales techniques and processes including understanding customer needs, overcoming objections, developing business cases, negotiating and closing complex deals
  • Ability to manage long, complex sales cycles
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills
  • Process-oriented
  • Business acumen
  • Passionate and ambitious individual contributor
