We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Sales Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving our growth by selling our Microsoft Dynamics 365 products and services across global markets. As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in global markets
Identify and engage potential customers through cold-calling, networking, and other lead-generation strategies
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
Present and demonstrate our Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, CRM, Power Apps, and Power BI solutions to prospective clients
Collaborate with the technical and delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and other performance metrics to management
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively position our solutions
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in selling enterprise software products and services, preferably in Microsoft Dynamics or similar ERP/CRM/Power Apps solutions
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in global markets
Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and strategies, with excellent negotiation and closing skills
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
