Job Description:

We are looking for a high-performing Enterprise Sales Hunter to support existing accounts and to drive new logo acquisition and account expansion within the Energy sector, with a strong focus on Oil & Gas enterprise customers, including PETRONAS. This role is ideal for a commercially driven sales professional who thrives in complex enterprise environments, builds senior executive relationships, and consistently outperforms revenue targets. You will represent a next-generation, AI-powered platform, helping large organizations modernize legacy systems, accelerate digital transformation, and scale innovation rapidly.

Job Responsibility:

  • Drive new enterprise logo acquisition across the Oil & Gas and Financial Services sectors
  • Own and execute the full sales cycle — from prospecting, discovery, solution positioning to contract negotiation and closure
  • Act as the strategic advisor and primary point of contact for enterprise customers
  • Develop and execute account growth and expansion strategies, including renewals and upsell of platform upgrades
  • Map complex enterprise accounts — identifying stakeholders, decision-makers, buying committees, and existing tech stacks
  • Build and maintain C-level relationships with CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Digital, Innovation, and Transformation
  • Lead executive-level discussions around digital transformation, application modernization, cloud, and AI adoption
  • Deliver compelling solution demonstrations, business value storytelling, and ROI-driven use cases
  • Collaborate closely with pre-sales, solution engineering, marketing, and partner teams to win large-scale deals
  • Forecast, manage pipeline accuracy, and consistently deliver against aggressive revenue targets

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in Enterprise SaaS / PaaS Sales, consistently carrying and exceeding sales quotas
  • Direct experience selling into Oil & Gas enterprises is highly preferred (PETRONAS exposure is a major advantage)
  • Strong understanding of Cloud, AI and Software Development platforms
  • Deep knowledge of complex enterprise buying cycles, stakeholder management, and procurement processes
  • Highly confident in handling objections, navigating long deal cycles, and closing large-ticket enterprise deals
  • Able to communicate credibly with technical and business executives
  • Strong storytelling, presentation, and negotiation skills across phone, video, and in-person engagements
  • Hunter mentality with a growth-driven, performance-oriented mindset
  • Highly organized with strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline
  • Independent, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance sales culture
What we offer:
  • High-impact ownership of strategic enterprise accounts in one of the largest digital transformation markets
  • Work with a market-leading AI-powered platform
  • Strong earning potential with uncapped performance-linked incentives
  • Exposure to regional and global enterprise clients
  • Accelerated career growth into Regional Sales Leadership / Strategic Accounts
