Responsible for effectively managing and overseeing the sale of integrated communication services to enterprise customers such as multi-site regional businesses or national accounts. Maximizes sales revenues and business objectives on a consistent basis, including ensuring we meet and exceed the end to end experience expectations of these enterprise customers. Manages and develops sales professionals to drive growth in the business.
Job Responsibility:
Ensure and develop a consultative business-to-business sales culture through strong leadership and coaching
Evaluate effectiveness of Enterprise Account Managers and implement necessary changes
Maintain excellent knowledge of Company's products/services, pricing practices and selling skills
Ensure competence and continuity of qualified Enterprise Account Managers through selection, training and development
Develop, plan and coordinate sale promotions and incentives
Monitor employee performance, counsel and advise
Prepare, analyze and maintain records of sales and performance activities
Design, implement and manage overall assigned account team structure
Coach, develop, appraise and motivate individual sales representatives
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion
