Job Description:

My client is a leading global provider of integrated ICT and telecommunications services, they empower enterprises to expand globally through high-performance connectivity, cloud solutions, data centers, and managed services. With a strong presence across APAC, they are now deepening our footprint in Singapore and are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to drive growth in this strategic market. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the local ICT ecosystem, a strong network across key industry verticals, and proven success in selling connectivity, data center, and cloud-based solutions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own and drive the sales strategy and pipeline for Singapore, focusing on enterprise and mid-market clients
  • Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities across key sectors by promoting a full suite of telecom and ICT products
  • Manage key accounts, ensuring long-term client satisfaction, renewal, and upselling opportunities
  • Develop strategic partnerships with local system integrators, solution providers, and ecosystem partners to expand reach and offerings
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with pre-sales, product, legal, and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions
  • Maintain deep knowledge of competitor offerings, market trends, and regulatory environment in Singapore
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts, reports, and client updates to regional leadership

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of sales experience in telecom, ICT, or enterprise connectivity, with proven success in the Singapore market
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise needs in connectivity, cloud, and data center solutions
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills and is able to work with people at all levels
