In this team, you will lead strategic customer transformations with AI and the Microsoft Azure Cloud platform to bring their innovations to reality. As the Enterprise Sales Leader - Azure, you will lead and mentor high-performing teams of Azure Cloud & AI Sales Executives. You'll engage senior decision-makers across government, education, and healthcare to drive strategic cloud and AI initiatives, deepen customer relationships, and accelerate high-impact sales opportunities. This role requires strong sales leadership, business acumen, and technical depth across Azure infrastructure, data, AI, and app innovation. You will shape territory strategy, identify growth opportunities, and align sales execution to customer priorities using market insights and predictive analytics.

Job Responsibility

  • Define territory strategy, identify whitespace, and align sales to customer priorities
  • Lead development of AI- and cloud-based transformation solutions for customers

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years in technology pre-sales or sales leadership
  • 5+ years people management experience

Nice to have

  • MBA or advanced degree
  • Extensive experience in enterprise or Public Sector technology sales

  • Build and deepen relationships with key stakeholders (CIO, CTO, Head of Data, Business Unit leaders) at the enterprise account
  • Understand the customer’s long-term data/AI strategy, business priorities, and internal buying processes
  • Define a 12–24-month expansion roadmap, including upsell, cross-sell, and new business opportunities
  • Manage and coordinate all channel/partner relationships associated with the account (e.g., OEM, Hardware Vendors, cloud/hyperscalar partners, data-platform providers, etc.)
  • Orchestrate joint engagements — including co-selling, co-designing, POCs, pilots, and scaling
  • Ensure alignment across partners to guarantee seamless delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Lead the architecture and positioning of multi-component, multi-vendor Data/AI solutions (open source + cloud/hyperscalar + managed data platforms + integrations)
  • Build compelling business cases and ROI/impact frameworks (e.g., cost savings, revenue uplift, efficiency gains)
  • Oversee proposal creation, pricing strategy, and contract negotiation
  • Advise customer leadership on how best to operationalize data, analytics, and AI as a strategic asset
