Job Description:

Randstad has recently partnered with a software company from Singapore that provides Transport Management Software. They are looking to hire an enterprise sales executive to be remotely based in Malaysia. Opportunity to work with regional team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Identify, engage and close new enterprise clients across targeted industries and regions
  • Manage the complete enterprise sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing
  • Write and lead end-to-end responses to RFPs, RFIs, and tenders, collaborating with internal teams to craft compelling, client-focused proposals
  • Deliver impactful, customised product demos and presentations to key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Understand clients’ strategic priorities, map their needs to our SaaS capabilities, and propose tailored solutions
  • Build trusted relationships with C-level executives, procurement leads, and business decision-makers
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, accurately forecast revenue, and report key metrics using CRM tools
  • Partner with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategy and positioning

Requirements:

  • 4–8 years of experience in enterprise or B2B software sales, with a track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets
  • Seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
  • Proven ability to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles and close high-value deals
  • Have a proven track record of hitting sales targets
  • Hands-on experience leading RFP/RFI processes for large enterprise clients
  • Strong ability to deliver engaging, value-focused product demos—both virtual and in-person
  • Solid understanding of business operations, business processes & SaaS products
  • Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong inter-personal skills, energetic, and self-starting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent CRM systems
