Identify, pitch, and close complex deals with senior stakeholders, managing the full sales cycle from initial outreach to operational launch
Adapt your sales approach based on shifting market dynamics and imperfect information, operating without a predefined playbook in the Romanian retail landscape
Collaborate across operations, marketing, and legal teams to shape proposals, resolve blockers, and deliver solutions that scale
Manage your pipeline with urgency and discipline, staying resilient through tough negotiations and the inevitable no
Communicate clearly, negotiate confidently, and manage pricing pushbacks to secure stakeholder support and establish trusted partnerships

Requirements
A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, specifically within retail, FMCG, marketplaces, or franchise networks
Proficiency in both Romanian and English (written and verbal)
Experience managing complex sales cycles and consistently delivering against commercial targets
Experience in negotiation, deal-making, and securing alignment from senior business stakeholders
Experience with data literacy, including using data insights to analyze market trends and influence client decisions
Experience collaborating with managers of major enterprises and building external strategic relationships
Nice to have
Demonstrated grit and resilience, with a history of staying motivated and high-performing in ambiguous or fast-changing environments
Deep familiarity with the Romanian grocery market, retail environment, or franchise systems
Strong systems thinking, with the ability to understand how individual deals impact the broader Uber ecosystem (Rides, Eats, Direct)
Proven capability to work effectively across multiple internal functions to unblock complex sales processes
