Responsible for effectively directing and monitoring the sales of integrated communication structure to enterprise customers such as multi-site regional businesses or national accounts in an effort to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives on a consistent basis. Directs and develops Managers/Supervisors in the field operation area.
Job Responsibility:
Direct and monitor the sales of integrated communication structure to enterprise customers
Maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives
Develop a consultative business-to-business sales culture
Coach, review, reward, motivate, discipline and terminate managers
Oversee regional sales deployment of new products and services
Monitor and prepare reports and forecasts monthly, quarterly and annual sales results
Develop, plan and coordinate seminars, sale incentive plans and other strategies
Identify and implement improvements in business processes
Establish and cultivate effective business relationships
Manage and monitor Business Services, Enterprise Direct Sales channels within budgeted targets
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance
Work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
10 Years + relevant work experience
Strategic Sales Leadership

Excellent knowledge of Company's products/services, pricing practices and selling skills
Excellent written and oral communications, interpersonal skills and planning, presentation and organizational skills
