This is a high-impact sales role for someone who thrives on building executive relationships, shaping industry strategy, and leading transformative Salesforce solutions that make a measurable difference.

Job Responsibility

  • Drive growth – increase account revenue and profitability through new opportunities, cross-sell/upsell strategies, and impactful value propositions
  • Act as a strategic partner to executives, deeply understanding their business goals and aligning solutions that deliver measurable results
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects, Delivery, and Operations to craft tailored Salesforce roadmaps across Sales, Marketing, Service, Commerce, Experience, and Analytics Clouds
  • Be the voice of innovation – leverage your Salesforce expertise and understanding of AI/GenAI to help clients stay ahead in a rapidly evolving market

Requirements

  • 8+ years of sales experience in consulting or IT services, with a focus on Salesforce solutions in the Healthcare & Life Sciences industry
  • 4+ years of enterprise sales and business development with multiple Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Marketing, Commerce, Service, Experience, Analytics)
  • 2+ years’ experience applying GenAI/AI technologies within Salesforce
  • Client-centric mindset: a track record of building trusted executive relationships and achieving revenue targets through consultative, value-driven selling
  • Preferred: Salesforce certification(s) and strong industry expertise
