This is a pure new business role within a global financial technology provider, focused on expanding their enterprise risk and regulatory solutions across the German market. The firm operates at genuine enterprise scale — supporting global financial institutions with technology spanning payments, banking and capital markets infrastructure. Within risk, they deliver advanced analytics, real-time risk calculation and regulatory compliance platforms used by tier-one institutions globally. Following a strategic shift back towards product-specialist sales, they are investing in experienced, domain-led sellers to drive growth across key markets.
Job Responsibility:
Build and execute a new logo strategy across Germany (priority market)
Own complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles (12–24 months)
Sell high-value risk, analytics and compliance platforms into banks, brokers and asset managers
Engage senior stakeholders across front office, risk, compliance and technology
Work closely with pre-sales and product specialists on solution-led deals
Requirements:
Fluent German (essential)
8–15+ years’ experience in enterprise software sales into capital markets
Strong understanding of risk, valuation, XVA, compliance or trading workflows
Proven track record closing €500k–€2m+ deals
Experience selling into Tier 1–3 banks or large financial institutions
Credibility with technical and quantitative stakeholders
