Snappr is looking for a driven Enterprise Sales Development Representative to help grow our enterprise customer base. In this role, you’ll focus on creating and qualifying opportunities with large organizations through high-volume outbound outreach and targeted account-based motions. You’ll work closely with our sales and marketing teams to build pipeline, test new outbound strategies, and ensure clean, reliable data across our sales tools.
Job Responsibility:
Generate and qualify enterprise pipeline through high-volume outbound outreach (calls, email, and LinkedIn)
Build and execute full-funnel, account-based motions—from lead generation and enrichment through lead scoring and routing to sales
Collaborate with marketing on paid ads targeting and campaigns to support enterprise ABM efforts
Design and run new outbound sprints and sequences, consistently generating a significant portion of your pipeline from these initiatives
Quickly adapt to new sales tools to improve prospecting efficiency and data quality
Maintain clean, accurate records and workflows across the sales stack (Salesforce, Salesloft, Rollworks, Apollo, Unify, Zopto, RB2B, Zapier, and Zapier-based automations)
Hustle - take ownership of Snappr's growth and do whatever it takes to get the job done
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in a B2B SDR/BDR or outbound sales role (enterprise experience a plus)
Comfortable with high-volume outreach and hitting activity and pipeline targets
Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
