Job Description

Snappr is looking for a driven Enterprise Sales Development Representative to help grow their enterprise customer base. The role involves creating and qualifying opportunities with large organizations through high-volume outbound outreach and targeted account-based motions. Candidates will collaborate with sales and marketing teams to build pipelines, test outbound strategies, and maintain clean sales records.

Job Responsibility

  • Generate and qualify enterprise pipeline through high-volume outbound outreach (calls, email, and LinkedIn)
  • Build and execute full-funnel, account-based motions—from lead generation and enrichment through lead scoring and routing to sales
  • Collaborate with marketing on paid ads targeting and campaigns to support enterprise ABM efforts
  • Design and run new outbound sprints and sequences, consistently generating a significant portion of your pipeline from these initiatives
  • Quickly adapt to new sales tools to improve prospecting efficiency and data quality
  • Maintain clean, accurate records and workflows across the sales stack (Salesforce, Salesloft, Rollworks, Apollo, Unify, Zopto, RB2B, Zapier, and Zapier-based automations)
  • Hustle - take ownership of Snappr's growth and do whatever it takes to get the job done.

Requirements

  • Experience in a B2B SDR/BDR or outbound sales role (enterprise experience a plus)
  • Comfortable with high-volume outreach and hitting activity and pipeline targets
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • A "let's get it done" mindset
  • Should be willing to report 100% onsite in Ortigas.

  • Work closely and collaboratively with Enterprise Account Executives to develop and implement appropriate prospecting strategies
  • Maintain strong relationships with the marketing team, leveraging campaigns to aid in outbound reach out
  • Use technology such as Linkedin Sales Navigator and 6Sense to build pipeline
  • Connect with Enterprise prospects and qualify opportunities through calls, emails, social media, and other channels
  • Partner with account executives to gain access to key stakeholders in target accounts using a combination of cold outreach techniques
  • Identify the needs and challenges of the prospective customer
  • Determine the prospect's interest in Hootsuite/Talkwalker’s products and services
  • Schedule meetings for sales representatives with key contacts in prospective accounts
