Job Description:

Senior Vice President role in the Enterprise Risk Management Program Team responsible for quantitative analysis and qualitative assessment of key Citi Enterprise Risk Management Program requirements including Risk Identification, Product Risk, Risk Appetite, Key Risk Indicators and Limit and Threshold Management.

Job Responsibility:

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of quantitative analysts
Establish and oversee the application of Enterprise Risk policies, technology and tools, and governance processes
Independently monitor and assess USPB's non-financial risk landscape
Assist with the quantification of USPB's non-financial material risks through Scenario Analysis
Partner with key stakeholders to establish risk appetite levels across Operational and Compliance Risk categories
Perform periodic assessments against USPB's stated risk appetite
Develop and monitor a robust inventory of non-financial risk metrics and key risk indicators
Support USPB's risk assessment of individual consumer banking products
Analyze scorecards/performance management tools to identify operational and compliance risk trends

Requirements:

12+ years relevant experience
Outstanding communication and influencing skills through all levels of the organization
Ability to lead a team of analysts to identify and manage non-financial risks for a large U.S. consumer bank
Exceptional relationship management skills
In depth knowledge of Retail Banking, Mortgage, and/or Credit Card Operational processes and technology platforms
Understanding of the regulatory and compliance risk environment facing large consumer banking financial institutions
Ability to effectively communicate complex topics to a broad audience
Detailed oriented with analytical skills
Expert in Microsoft Office Tools
Broad understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and current tooling capabilities
Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred
