Job Description

Audit & Risk Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a multi-billion turnover Technology company as they expand their Enterprise Risk Management team with this newly created role. This will give you an opportunity to work closely with a very experienced ERM Director, consistently own C-Suite level stakeholder relationships and work autonomously across multiple business units.

Job Responsibility

  • Take ownership of a large section of the Principal Risk portfolio and multiple business units
  • Ensure the ERM Framework is fully embedded into the business
  • Embed risk management practices into business units (e.g. Key Risk Indicators and Risk Appetite Statements)
  • Help to maintain Risk Registers at a Group and Business Unit level
  • Liaise with and upskill Risk Champions across the business
  • Produce high quality Risk reports
  • Report to the Risk Committee when required
  • Provide training to the business to ensure Riskonnect is properly utilised
  • Involved in various ad-hoc risk projects (e.g. AI Risk, Geopolitical Risk etc)

Requirements

  • IRM/ACA/ACCA/IIA qualification
  • Strong Enterprise Risk Management experience in large commercial businesses or Big 4/Top 10 practice
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Very confident managing relationships with C-Suite level stakeholders
  • Willing to commute to Cambridge 1-2 days/week or occasional trips to London
