Job Description:

The Enterprise Resource Planning Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the Mediation Zone platform, focusing on SQL and Shell Scripting. Candidates should have a strong background in network mediation and be able to assist with deployment and automation tasks.

Job Responsibility:

  • Implement the changes as instructed in the deployment / support document
  • Help with ROTA Support as needed
  • Ensure all the critical Workflows and status were closely monitored and reach out to respective upstream / downstream for any issues
  • Write automation scripts as required
  • Backtrack the MZ archives and update any queries from Downstream systems regarding the data that is being sent through Mediation Zone
  • Help Mediation Level 3 team by providing necessary information and details as requested for any development work that is going on
  • Work with L3 in resolving any issues encountered during Deployment
  • Study and understand various functionality and touchpoints of the mediation platform and document the AS-IS architecture
  • Develop mediation migration strategy into online, offline mediation
  • Define suitable deployment configuration strategy
  • Participate and support external audits of Mediation workflows
  • Be able to assist with sizing of MZ production size based on number of flows and traffic volumes

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant field
  • Strong background in network mediation
  • Good knowledge in Telecom domain
  • Ability to support / monitor Mediation Zone platform
  • Skills in Digital Route Mediation Zone, Shell Scripting, SQL, Linux / Unix
  • Knowledge of interfacing with HTTP, RADIUS, packet gateway, core networks, WiFi and network probes
  • Knowledge of Java, PostgresSQL DB
