Job Responsibility

  • Build and maintain incentive compensation plans by defining crediting rules, quotas, rate/Lookup tables, and participant hierarchies
  • Execute production interfaces, validate inbound sales/HR data, and ensure seamless data flow through APIs, SQL, or SAP integrations
  • Configure and troubleshoot calculation pipelines, stagehooks, and rule logic to ensure payments are accurate
  • Provide L2/L3 support, monitor daily commission runs, and resolve discrepancies or calculation errors
  • Configure automated participant statements and generate compensation reports for end-users

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience configuring SAP Commissions (CallidusCloud)
  • Strong understanding of database models (like SAP HANA) and proficiency in SQL
  • Ability to dissect complicated business plan documents and translate them into system configurations
  • Ability to communicate compensation issues and payout reports clearly to stakeholders
