The Enterprise Recruiting Specialist will support talent acquisition for key corporate functions, including HR, Finance, Marketing, IT, and Supply Chain. This is a fully on-site, permanent role. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, working closely with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition leadership to meet dynamic hiring goals.
Job Responsibility:
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, set recruitment strategies, and align on hiring timelines
Handle full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing offers
Utilize diverse sourcing methods, including professional networks, job boards, social media, and direct outreach, to build talent pipelines
Create an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and fostering positive interactions throughout the recruitment process
Provide market insights on talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and competitive hiring trends
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with company goals and values
Track and report key recruiting metrics to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a global or corporate recruiting environment
Strong familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced setting
Proven success in building talent pipelines and meeting diverse recruitment needs
