Job Description

The Enterprise Recruiting Specialist will support talent acquisition for key corporate functions, including HR, Finance, Marketing, IT, and Supply Chain. This is a fully on-site, permanent role. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, working closely with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition leadership to meet dynamic hiring goals.

Job Responsibility

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, set recruitment strategies, and align on hiring timelines
  • Handle full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing offers
  • Utilize diverse sourcing methods, including professional networks, job boards, social media, and direct outreach, to build talent pipelines
  • Create an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and fostering positive interactions throughout the recruitment process
  • Provide market insights on talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and competitive hiring trends
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with company goals and values
  • Track and report key recruiting metrics to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a global or corporate recruiting environment
  • Strong familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced setting
  • Proven success in building talent pipelines and meeting diverse recruitment needs
  • A commitment to fostering inclusive hiring practices and promoting diversity in recruitment efforts
