Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Projects Lead to deliver complex global enterprise solutions through structured project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. This role operates within a highly collaborative, virtual environment and works closely with internal stakeholders, technology teams, and acquired accounts to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery while proactively managing risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.

Job Responsibility

  • Coordinate and lead cross-functional virtual project teams across commercial, technology, operations, finance, and governance workstreams
  • Define project scope, milestones, roles, responsibilities, and delivery plans in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Document high-level and detailed process and data flows, ensuring alignment with relevant policies and standards
  • Apply quality management techniques to analyse issues and implement effective solutions
  • Partner with technical and engineering teams to provide input on system design, development, and integration
  • Estimate project resource requirements and support budget planning activities
  • Identify critical tasks, risks, and dependencies, escalating and mitigating issues proactively
  • Lead pre-launch workshops to ensure system compatibility, security compliance, and operational readiness
  • Facilitate regular project reviews, progress reporting, and stakeholder updates
  • Support KPI definition and prepare detailed project status reports covering progress, risks, milestones, and budget tracking

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years in project management and broader business experience
  • Confident working in international, distributed, and virtual team environments
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement, communication, negotiation, and presentation at senior levels
  • Experienced in using structured project management methodologies and tools across all project phases
  • Knowledgeable in process management, quality management, and financial fundamentals such as budgeting and forecasting
  • Comfortable operating in dynamic, fast-paced, and high-visibility environments
  • Familiar with telecommunications, IT, or consulting environments, with the ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions
  • A collaborative team player with strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities
