We are seeking a Project Manager with a consulting mindset to lead clients through workflow automation and software development projects, with a strong emphasis on relationship-building, long-term planning, and strategic advisory. In this role, you’ll bridge the gap between clients and the development team, ensuring that business needs are clearly understood, well-prioritized, and successfully delivered. This is not just a delivery role—it’s an opportunity to act as a trusted advisor to strategic clients, guiding them toward technology solutions that drive business outcomes and long-term value. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, influence roadmaps, and help shape the future of their workflows and processes. This role is not about being a technical developer but rather about owning the product vision, being proactive about finding additional cross-sell and up-sell work, managing technical resources, and ensuring successful execution of workflow-driven applications using low-code and automation platforms. You’ll also be hands-on when needed—rolling up your sleeves to assist with quality assurance (QA) testing to ensure the final product meets business needs.
Job Responsibility:
Act as a trusted consultant and advisor, helping clients identify long-term goals and align technology with business strategies
Build and nurture lasting client relationships through regular touchpoints, roadmapping sessions, and value-based recommendations
Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation, providing forward-thinking solutions
Lead the end-to-end execution of workflow-driven applications, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
Serve as the Product Owner on behalf of the client—interpreting high-level business needs into detailed requirements and user stories for the development team
Manage and guide technical teams to build workflow applications using low-code and automation platforms
Facilitate ongoing backlog prioritization and delivery adjustments, aligning with evolving client needs
Represent the client’s vision—translating high-level business needs into clear, detailed requirements and user stories
Ensure that deliverables are aligned with long-term client objectives, not just short-term fixes
Participate in roadmap planning to help clients evolve their platforms strategically over time
Assist with quality assurance (QA) testing, ensuring final products meet both immediate and future client expectations
Analyze workflows and data to identify integration and automation opportunities
Ensure clear and proactive communication between clients and technical teams, addressing roadblocks collaboratively
Requirements:

Familiarity with low-code platforms (e.g., Quickbase, Mendix, Power Apps, Zapier, Make, OutSystems)
Ability to step in and perform functional testing and QA to ensure high-quality product delivery
Experience with DevOps, release cycles, and understanding of SOX compliance (a plus)
Proficiency with JIRA or similar cloud-based project management tools
Exceptional communication skills—you effectively engage with both technical teams and business stakeholders
Strategic thought leadership—you help clients define roadmaps and proactively recommend improvements
