Job Description:

Responsible for supporting CVS Health enterprise in drafting, negotiating, and finalizing IT and Non-IT deals and contractual documents for the purchase of all categories and commodities of non-merchandise goods and services. Leads enterprise-wide strategic initiative projects and supports supplier diversity and integration efforts related to mergers and acquisitions.

Job Responsibility:

Draft, prepare and review contract documents
Negotiate all key terms of contract documents
Analyze contract requirements for compliance
Lead and represent Enterprise Procurement on project teams
Mentor and guide staff
Maintain Enterprise Procurement Process Manual and templates
Communicate contractual risks to Senior Leadership
Participate in presentations and educational sessions
Manage multiple high visibility contracts/projects

Requirements:

7+ years of related work experience
5+ years reviewing, editing and drafting contractual terms and conditions
5+ years professional experience with Microsoft Office
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (4 years)
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks & high volume of contractual negotiations simultaneously
Experience advising senior leadership in a corporate environment
Experience as a recurring user of Ariba Contract Management platform (or similar tool)
Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM) is a plus
Experience negotiating non-merchandise/indirect commodity purchases of goods and/or services deals/contracts is preferred
Master's degree and/or JD are both highly desired
