Job Description:

The Enterprise portfolio intern, supports the Enterprise Program Management Office in advancing project, portfolio, and resource management capabilities. A large component will be the effective design and use of Smartsheet solutions. This role partners with stakeholders across the organization to design, build, implement, and sustain Smartsheet-based platforms. The role also contributes to AI capabilities and decision-support insights.

Job Responsibility:

  • Implement and build Smartsheet solutions, utilizing Control Center and other premium features
  • Build reports and dashboards to provide visibility and insights on our project portfolios
  • Contribute to AI automation and insight solutions leveraging Smartsheet and other tools
  • Proactivity identify and help implement ways to increase adoption and client satisfaction
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work effectively with all organizational levels
  • Fosters and builds a collaborative working relationship with various stakeholders
  • Ability to prioritize and balance multiple competing priorities within and across multiple projects at the same time
  • Uphold company mission and values through accountability, innovation, integrity, quality, and teamwork

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
  • Experience with Smartsheet
  • Moderate proficiency with MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated ability to perform the Essential Duties of the position with or without accommodation
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship

  • Experience with Smartsheet premium apps such as Control Center, Data Shuttle, Dynamic View, and Resource Management
