The Enterprise Platforms Integration Business Analyst serves as the critical liaison between business stakeholders, enterprise architects, and integration delivery teams. In this role, you will define, refine, and govern integration requirements across Microsoft Azure Integration Hub and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). You will own end‑to‑end integration requirements—from discovery and intake through System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) readiness—ensuring integrations are clearly defined, compliant, and aligned with enterprise integration patterns and platform standards.
Job Responsibility:
Lead integration discovery sessions with business, application, and technical stakeholders to understand business needs, data flows, and integration objectives
Elicit, document, and validate functional and non-functional integration requirements for Azure and SAP BTP solutions
Determine and document appropriate integration approaches (Azure, SAP BTP, or hybrid) based on architecture, systems, and enterprise standards
Partner with Enterprise Architecture to align with approved integration patterns (e.g., Hub & Spoke, Pub/Sub, synchronous vs. asynchronous)
Own and complete Integration Hub intake and discovery forms, ensuring completeness and accuracy
Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria in Azure DevOps (ADO)
Support backlog refinement by clarifying scope and answering requirement questions
Ensure integrations meet Definition of Ready before sprint execution
Act as the primary Business Analyst owner for System Integration Testing (SIT)
Coordinate with system teams to validate test scenarios, data mappings, and expected outcomes
Partner with Product Owners to support UAT readiness and execution
Validate delivered integrations meet documented requirements and business outcomes
Ensure integration requirements address data sensitivity, privacy, and compliance considerations
Partner with Risk, Compliance, and Security teams as needed
Ensure adherence to Integration Hub, Azure, and SAP BTP standards and naming conventions
Support audits and documentation requests related to integration delivery
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
6+ years of relevant experience
Strong experience as a Business Analyst supporting system/data integrations
Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure and/or SAP BTP
Proven ability to translate business needs into clear technical and functional requirements
Experience supporting SIT and UAT for integration or middleware solutions
Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Nice to have:
Experience working in an Integration Hub or Integration Center of Excellence (CoE)
Familiarity with Azure integration concepts (APIs, event-driven, synchronous/asynchronous patterns, data transformation)
Familiarity with SAP ecosystem tools (S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, SAP Integration Suite)
Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments
Exposure to compliance, data privacy, or regulated data environments
